Our team reviews your application, childcare experience, communication style, location, availability, and alignment with WSN standards.
Step 03 — Compatibility Interview
A deeper conversation focused on shared core values, childcare philosophy, safety awareness, professional goals, family-support mindset, and passion for the art of childcare.
Step 04 — Profile, Credentials & Placement Review
Qualified candidates complete profile development, credential review, reference checks, interview preparation, background screening, and placement consideration for approved WSN families.
Step 05 — Trial Run & Onboarding Support
Selected candidates may complete a paid trial run with a family before final placement. WSN provides onboarding guidance, communication support, services and continued placement assistance.
Step 06 — Ongoing WSN Support
Our work does not stop after the match. WSN supports care professionals through clear expectations, family communication, placement guidance, and long-term career growth.
