*Rates are based on duties, role structure, and market value. Final pay is negotiated directly between families and care professionals. WSN ensures all roles meet our fair-pay guidelines.

For approved candidates, we verify 2–3 professional references and complete necessary background checks, tailored to the placement level and family needs
