To be considered for any WSN placement, candidates must be:

Able to verify at least Two years of recent professional childcare experience, working in private home, on books.

Able to commit to a long-term position for at least 1 year

Willing and committed to being paid “on the books” as a W-2 employee

Up-to-date with child and infant CPR and first aid, certifications

Eligible to work legally in the United States

At least 21 years old

Legal Work Eligibility:
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (citizen or valid work visa) -
CPR & First Aid Certification:
Current or willing to complete certification within 30 days of onboarding -
Background Check:
Must pass a comprehensive national and state background screening -
Reliable Transportation:
If required by family placement (public transit acceptable in urban roles) -
Passion for working with children, supporting families.

For our Wallstreet Nannies Agency, approved candidates, we verify 2–3 professional references and complete necessary background checks, tailored to the placement level and family needs, while maintaining high standards, because safety, trust, and professionalism are non-negotiable. Neither is the future upbringing and happiness of our children's Future.
5. Meet the Family
We coordinate interviews that feel more like conversations.
If it clicks, great! If not—we support re-matching. Once approved, you’ll receive onboarding guidance, welcome materials, and be added to our VisionSync™ Match Pool. This ensures you’re only matched with families who reflect your values, work style, and caregiving philosophy.
