Service Overview
WallStreet Nannies ISG / WSN, LLC operates as a facilitator for family support services.
We provide compatibility-based matching and placement facilitation for families and care supporters.
Not an Employer
WSN is not the employer of any care supporter, nanny, babysitter, family assistant, or related professional.
Families are responsible for hiring, employing, and managing the individuals they engage, including tax obligations, payroll processing, insurance, and legal compliance.
Client Responsibilities
Families are solely responsible for verifying the employment eligibility, background, licensing, or other qualifications of any candidate they choose to hire.
Freelancer and Formal Care Disclosures:
WSN offers both Freelance Care Supporters and Formal Placement services.
Freelancers are independent contractors unless otherwise agreed directly between the family and the care supporter.
Formal Placements are guided under direct family-employer agreements.
Payment Terms: All fees, deposits, and service costs are outlined clearly during the service booking and must be paid in full to initiate service.
Limitation of Liability :
WSN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WallStreet Nannies ISG / WSN, LLC, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand arising from your use of our services or any agreement entered into with a care supporter.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.

Wallstreet Nannies AgencyRefund and Return Policy
At WSN Childcare Group, all service fees, placement fees, launch fees, and digital products are non-refundable once payment is submitted.
Due to the nature of our services — including customized sourcing, screening, compatibility matching, and client consultation — fees represent work performed and time invested, and are not subject to refund, credit, or return.
Placement services cover one placement cycle as outlined in your service agreement. Additional placements or service rounds require new agreements and associated fees.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to WSN’s terms regarding service finality, placement scopes, and non-refundable fees.
